How do I get a refund?

My credit card was charged twice.

1. I haven't received a confirmation that I am a premium member.
2. I can't find an email address to write back to.
3. I have not received a reply from a PM to the administrator.

I like the site but I would like to get this resolved.

Your account status has been upgraded. We will try to make this more obvious for users. Thanks for letting us know that this is an issue.

We have added an indicator to the My Account page to indicate what your account status is. PM or send us feedback to let us know if your account type is not Paid.

Finally I’ve got the thing I was searching for the most because I really needed that method to get refund. I see a lot of articles and pages on the internet and so finally I can see that on this https://edubirdie.org/ page. So thanks a lot for this and I really have no words to describe how happy I am.
